Are you accepting custom orders / Can you make me ______? / How do I get on your custom list?

Lets talk! Please reach out via my ‘CONTACT’ page. I love to recreate jewelry styles from past collections which you can view in the drop down menu. I will try to accommodate most custom requests but can not guarantee each request. Lets create something special together!

Do you have any jewelry currently available? 

Yes! All jewelry, both one-of-a-kind and made-to-order are listed under ‘SHOP ALL JEWELRY’. One-of-a-kind jewelry typically sells fast so its not always available but I'm always hard at work on new pieces, so keep checking my Instagram for updates! 

I tried to buy a piece from your collection and it sold out as I was checking out! 

The e-commerce platform I use does not reserve listings while they are in the cart and it sells to the fastest person to check out.

What is Made-to-Order? 

Most of the year, I have a section for made-to-order pieces listed on my website. These are pieces for sale that I make as they are ordered, and production time typically takes between 2-3 weeks. 

Can you hold a piece for me / Can I buy a piece before your collection release? 

No, I do not accept holds on any pieces I preview on Instagram before my collection is released.


Jewelry Care

All my jewelry is handmade with care from .925 sterling silver and solid 14 karat gold. I make each of my pieces to last a lifetime, but care should be taken to prevent damage and tarnish of your jewelry. 

To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry, avoid wearing it during bathing, swimming, or other tasks that could damage the stone or the metal. Sterling pieces should be stored in individual, airtight bags to prevent oxidation. 

To clean your jewelry, clean with a soft brush with mild soapy water and polish with a soft jewelry polishing cloth (available at most local jewelry counters or online through retailers such as Amazon). Do not submerge in cleaning chemicals, as they can be damaging to the stones and weaken the silver. 


Store Policies

Shipping

All domestic US orders ship FREE through USPS GROUND (formally first class mail) or Priority Mail for an additional fee. Next day delivery only available in the domestic US for 'ready to ship’ jewelry. Packages do not include insurance if they are lost during shipment, insurance is offered at an additional cost at checkout. If you have specific shipping requests, please contact me.

Returns

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you feel you need to return a piece for some reason, please contact me. I do not accept returns on damaged pieces. Return shipping is the buyers' responsibility.

Repairs

If, for some reason your MG Jewelry needs repair or a stone replaced, I will do my best to work with you to bring your piece back to life. If your newly purchased ring does not fit perfectly your first resize is complimentary with return shipping the buyers’ responsibility. Some resizing I can not accommodate, such as sizing down rings with gemstones. Don’t hesitate to reach out for any questions about your MG Jewelry.
