Luna Necklace

175.00

Hand fabricated naja pendant featuring three black onyx stones. Pendant measures 1 1/2" in length and strung on your choice of a 16" or 19" sterling silver chain.

The Naja can be traced to the Moors of Spain during the Middle Ages, who considered It a good luck charm to ward off the evil eye. It is believed that the symbol of the Naja was handed down from Spain to Central and South America, where it made its way to Navajo Indians. The Navajo feature the Naja prominently in their metalwork, particularly in ornate squash blossom necklaces.

Finished with a black patina and brought to a shine. Stamped with my makers mark "M.GIRARD" and ".925" sterling silver.

Please allow 3 days to process before shipping.

{Stormy Nights Collection}

Since my return to the east coast, I've drawn inspirations from my love of southern summer storms and the intense romantic energy of nature's wonder and mystery. Black onyx, the star itself: transforms negative energies and offers protection, while working to draw in a true sense of happiness.
